Bonjour....... today instead of me saying hello fellow bakers, I would like to speak some french as an opening. today as we all know that, owh yeah before that as you all my followers can see that I have changed my blog into a brighter and unsinful new look and I have changed the font as how my sister been complaining that she can't see what ever I'm writing and yes baking time...
Ingredient...
1 cups of brown sugar
1/4 cups of butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
2 teaspoon of baking soda
3 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1 cups of chocolate chip
Method...
As usual pictures comes first.
Very crunchy and serves best with a black coffee.
# Cream the butter and add in the brown sugar gradually
# In the separate bowl sift in all of the dry ingredients such as flour, cocoa powder and etc.
# Mix in the dry ingredient to the butter mixture but before that your butter mixture and your dry ingredient should be looking like this
butter mixture
dry ingredient mixture
# combine both and add in the eggs by using you hands
# when you mix it with your hand you will get something which i called the soft and shiny dough
# Then, shape the dough into a loaf shape and bake it at 170 degree C for 30 minutes and your results should be....
after you have this then you slice the biscotti and bake it again for 10 minutes per sides.
looks so rich and chocolaty right.
