A Patisserie needs alot of patience and passion. The more Passion you have the more nicer your food will be. Baking is basically know as a food of happiness because it will make your stomach feel warm and comfy. Food is basically a thing which is to die for. The most secret thing for a patisserie or a chef is that you need to cook with Love, Heart and soul.

Baked Spaghetti Recipe

Hi, as how it turns out yesterday was the last day of Chinese New Year or also know as Cap Goh Meh. So my family have a leftover spaghetti and sauce for our lunch so I've decide to make something which is exquisite out of it so I make a delicious Baked Spaghetti which you guys must try out.

                                      Result. It's very delicious with a garnishing of a Parmesan cheese.

Baked Spaghetti

1. A ready made meat spaghetti sauce or homemade ( I use homemade sauce and makesure that it is thick)
2. 150ml of whipping cream
3. Spaghetti about 500 grams
4. Parmesan Cheese 60 grams/ more

Method
1. Arrange the spaghetti in a baking tray, then spread around the whipping cream ontop (do not mix it).
Spread the meat spaghetti sauce ontop makesure that the sauce stays ontop of the spaghetti. Lastly spread around the Parmesan cheese ontop and bake for 30 minutes at 190 degree C/ untill the cheese have turn bubbly.

Tips.
* After you close the heat in the oven spread around some oregano and thyme ontop do not chop it because you won't be eating it . This is to make the spaghetti more delicious and aromatic.
