Hi dearly bakers, So today I'm happy to announce about this recipe called well banana fudgey brownies which turns out I haven't tried it yet but I've seen Michael Smith doing it so I want to share it with you guys.
Ingredients
1. 1 1/2 pound of bittersweet chocolate
2. 1 1/2 sticks of butter
3. 2 cups of all purpose flour
4. 1 3/4 cups of sugar
5. 1 tablespoons of baking powder
6. 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
7. pinch of salt
8. 4 eggs
9. 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
10. 4 ripes of banana
Method
@ melt the chocolate and butter by using the double boil method
@ in another bowl add in the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt
@ in another bowl again beat the eggs together with the sugar and mix well
@ by using the folding over method fold in the chocolate mixture and the flour mixture. Mix it very well
@ Lastly add in the egg mixture in and pour the thick mixture in a greased pan and bake it at 350 degree Ferenhite until it is fully cooked.

Baking is basically know as a food of happiness because it will make your stomach feel warm and comfy. Food is basically a thing which is to die for. The most secret thing for a patisserie or a chef is that you need to cook with Love, Heart and soul.

Fruit Cobbler
Hi, dearly viewer as you all know that i have not blogged for a very very long time as how I was busy with some thing. but today I'm going to share you guys one of a very rich and delish teatime desserts which is a Fruit Cobbler. This recipe is a chef wan's recipe but i do a little bit of adjustment.
Ingredients
1. 3/4 cups of unsalted butter
2. 1/2 cups of sugar
3. 125 ml of fresh milk
4. 2 eggs (Grade B)
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla
6. 1 cups of all purpose flour
7. 1 teaspoon of baking powder
8. pinch of salt
9. All sorts of dried fruit
10. 3/4 juice of lemon
Method
* beat the eggs with the sugar till fluffy. Add in the milk and vanilla
* In another bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt together and fold them into the eggs mixture
* grease the pan and arrange the fruits layer by layer and sprinkle the lemon juice on top.
* Bake for about 45 minutes at 170 degree C.
