A Patisserie needs alot of patience and passion. The more Passion you have the more nicer your food will be. Baking is basically know as a food of happiness because it will make your stomach feel warm and comfy. Food is basically a thing which is to die for. The most secret thing for a patisserie or a chef is that you need to cook with Love, Heart and soul.

Macaroons....

Ah, nothing is better than a homemade macaroons. As people nowdays been talking about macaroons so I have decided to make one and it turns out to be delicious. Here is some of the picture of the Macaroons.

Simply delicious but its a bit sweet. If you don't like sweet things you might want to reduce the sugar.


Ingredients.

1. 1 Cups of confectioners sugar
2. 3/4 of Almond flour
3. 2 Large eggs
4. 1 teaspoon of tartar cream
5.  1/2 cups of icing sugar
6. Assorted jams for the filling

Method
Mix all of the ingredients and place them in separate bowl and add coloring.
Place in a piping bag and place it on a baking sheet on the tray.
Bake it for 20 minutes at 130 degree C.
Fill in the jam on the center.

And Voila enjoy it during tea time and its a very nice treats especially for the children.
