Fun with Puff Pastry.

Hello once again. Well, right now I want to share with you not recipe but ideas. This morning when I woke up, I was thinking what shall I bake?. And well after a few hours later, I'm still thinking. Then I decided to actually go to my local bakery and find inspiration. When I was walking and looked at all the cakes and pies and bread and most everything, I have decided to buy a pre-made puff pastry and make wonders with it. But I only did one thing which is Peach Pastry. Anyway, here is how I made them. It is soooooo easy that even I couldn't believe that it taste so good. YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS!!!!!

Ingredient.

@ Pre-made puff pastry
@ 1 can of peaches, drained and lightly washed. ( I find this easier because you don't have to flavor them anymore )
@ granulated sugar for sprinkling
@ 1 Tablespoon of red current jelly

Method.

@ Cut the puff pastry into any type of shape that you want it to be. But make sure you line the sides with another layer of puff pastry to make it taller and keeps the filling in the center.
@ Slice the peaches and spread it ontop of the puff pastry.
@ Sprinkle with the sugar and bake it at 400 degree Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes depending on the size.
@ In a sauce pan, melt the jelly and glace the top of your peaches with the melted red current jelly.

HERE'S THE PICTURE.
While It was Baking.

Ideas
* Why don't you bake this puff pastry with your favourite jam with it?
* Why don't you bake this with Nutella?
* Why don't you turn this into something savory?
